In recent years the internet has provided us with access to a wealth of information at our fingertips and some good travel bargains. 

While it’s still amazing for research, it can be very confusing, with lots of untrustworthy info out there.

We’ve always appreciated the personal touch of talking face-to-face with an experienced travel agent, especially to give the ‘insider tips’ on hotels and resorts. Admittedly, some would consider this approach old fashioned now and out of touch these days!

These are different times (sadly, now a cliche) and we need that personal expert again, to help guide us through the options, cut through all of the confusing information and just give us the benefit of their experience.

Arriving at the hotel was extremely smooth; we were collected by our butler & whisked up to the penthouse pronto. Fizz was in bucket waiting!

The suite is exactly as it looks on the website; spacious-loads of storage & beautifully decorated with a WOW enormous bathroom. 

It’s all beautifully clean & tidy-every room is santisised between guests & last nights food was great!  

Shaun's birthday breakfast is being brought to the room shortly & the butler is organising our cabana on the beach for the day. 

We love it 😍

Booking our holiday very easy, quick and professional. I'd highly recommend your services.

Yes, we could have found the same package directly with Jet2 but we're both advocates of using specialists and always liked the days of visiting a real person in travel agent and getting advice.

All confirmations were turned around quickly and you even offered to add on the extra meals for us (on the flight).

I think there is added reassurance right now with using someone to manage this process for you. While Jet2 have always been very good, the lack of information and support we received over our defunct trip to Cyprus and the four plus hours we spent on the phone trying to get some answers was frustrating and worrying.

I also don't think we paid much extra for the peace of mind of booking through you (if anything). The personal touch is lovely, particularly in this ever changing and uncertain time. Thank-you for looking after our trip.

The Hypnotist (Steve) very professional and informative into what hypnosis is about and how it works, before we all went into a relaxing state of mind. Worked wonders for my fear of flying for a first time flyer.

Gilly has been fantastic! We are getting married in December and can't honeymoon properly until April therefore wanted a little 'minimoon' to help celebrate our marriage. I asked the question of where could you get us on a tight budget, small timeframe.. this has resulted in a 3 night get away to Rome. I won't go into all the details but Gilly saved the day and re arranged my holiday to Madeira in June by finding a new replacement hotel and arranging all the transfers. Gilly is my mother-in-law and she's been organising our family holidays for years now and they've all been amazing! Recently we asked Gilly to put a trip to New York and Toronto together. She came back with an itinerary which we were so happy with, we didn't need to change one bit! The hotels are brilliant, they're both part of the 'Library Hotel Collection' group and they include breakfast, lounge access and an afternoon wine hour! (we'll need that after all the exploring!). Gilly also booked all of our flights and transfers too. It's the first time I've booked a holiday through a Travel Consultant but I can definitely see why it's a better option than just booking online. Gilly has access to so many travel sites where she can look for the best deals as well as adding on some 'extras' that make the holiday even more enjoyable I.e airport lounges, upgraded transfers, trips etc. Gilly spends time really looking into your request so you can definitely be sure you're going to have a fab time. She's also been on some amazing holidays over the years, most recently South Africa, so she has SO many recommendations! Thanks Gilly! Roll on November! x
